Welcome to Sipday（沖日子）. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

2. Your content

You retain rights to the content you create. For content you share publicly, you grant us a non-exclusive license to operate and display the service. You must not post unlawful, infringing, offensive, or harassing content.

3. Community rules

Explore posts and comments are user-generated content. We provide reporting and blocking tools and may remove violating content or disable accounts. We act on abuse with zero tolerance for objectionable content.

4. Subscriptions & AI credits

Pro subscriptions and AI credit packs are purchased via Apple/Google in-app purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your device account settings.
AI credits are consumable and deducted on use; purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (refunds follow Apple/Google policies).

5. AI features

AI-generated suggestions and drafts are for reference only, may be inaccurate, and should be used at your own discretion.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App to the extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may disable your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date here; continued use constitutes acceptance.
