Sipday（沖日子） (the "App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use and share it, and your rights.

1. Information we collect

Account: email, display name, bio, avatar; if you sign in with Apple or Google, the identifier and email they provide. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be recovered.
Your content: beans, brew logs, parameters, flavor tags, ratings, notes, and uploaded photos.
Community content: shared brews, comments, bean reviews, follows, and report/block records.
Subscriptions & purchases: subscription and AI-credit purchase status (payments are handled by Apple/Google; we do not store your card details).
AI features: when you use the brew coach, single-cup debug, or review drafting, relevant bean and brew data is sent to our AI provider to generate suggestions.
Push: a device push token to deliver reminders.
Technical data: our servers may log IP addresses and requests for operation and security. The App uses no advertising or third-party behavioral tracking SDKs.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the App (logging, stats, reminders, community, subscriptions, AI suggestions).
To send notifications you have enabled.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and handle reports.

3. Sharing & third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We use the following providers and share only what is necessary:

Apple / Google: sign-in and in-app purchases.
RevenueCat: subscription and credit management.
Anthropic (Claude): processes brew/bean data for AI features.
Firebase Cloud Messaging: push notifications.
Cloudflare R2: storage for your uploaded photos.

4. Your rights

You can view and edit your data in the App.
You can permanently delete your account and associated data via Profile → Delete account. This is irreversible.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as needed to provide the service; after account deletion, personal data is removed except where required by law or for security audits.

6. Children

The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in the regions where our providers operate, which may be outside your location.

8. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date on this page.
